[ ATF ]
- Torque transmission function on torque converter.
- Lubrication and protective function of gear, bushing and bearing.
- Cooling function on internal parts of torque converter and clutch.
- Control function of clutch friction.
- Hydraulic function of valve body and clutch system.
Now that fuel efficiency can be said to be the demand of the times is urgently needed, improvement of power transfer efficiency is required to transmissions just like engine downsizing.
We are developing a higher performance ATF with low viscosity to reduce the loss torque caused by stirring resistance.

M300L : Compatible with the latest ultra-low viscosity ATF
M300 : Compatible with low viscosity ATF such as Toyota WS, Nissan S etc.
M301 : Compatible with D-III, Toyota T-IV etc.
M302 / M303 : These products were developed with the aim of simultaneously suppressing clutch slippage and shock that may occur in automatic transmissions such as tuned engine vehicles and old vehicles. There are two types in the lineup to meet automatic transmission conditions.

[ CVTF ]
CVTF is basically required to have performance similar to ATF, and "FILL FOR LIFE" is also required.
However, Unlike ATF, the friction characteristics between the metal belt or chain drive and the pulley are important for CVTF, and higher shear stability and wear resistance that exceed ATF are required for the current high torque transmission.

[ DCTF ]
DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) is a next-generation transmission for AT that combines smooth AT shifting, high MT transmission efficiency, fuel efficiency and comfort, and is rapidly expanding mainly in the European market. It is being developed targeting high-performance luxury vehicles. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of making the car compact, securing a living space, and running stability, even though the functional part, it is forced to save layout and installation space, and is exposed to high temperatures.

The performance required for DCTF is not limited to a single factor. A wide range of required performances, that is, slip control characteristics of multi-plate clutches, synchromesh compatibility, hydraulic control compatibility, wear resistance and fatigue resistance characteristics of gear systems, etc. must be balanced at a high level. It goes without saying that compatibility with constituent materials is taken into consideration. Based on verification and optimization of these factors from the aspect of tribology, Moty’s DCTF realizes high viscosity index and secures low temperature viscosity characteristics by means of a combination of special hydrocarbon base oils without a polymer. Moty’s M351 and M352 are DCTFs that are created by an established unique and completely new functional additive balance to correspond to the optimization of different friction characteristics required for each part, and to consider the oxidation stability that can withstand high-temperature and high-load conditions.
We have a lineup of M350 and M351L for low viscosity designation and cold regions, and M353 developed for blending with M351L or M351 to enhance heat resistance, durability and protection performance for high load conditions.
